When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 1st July 2022 - you can message either Michael or Suzanne by phone, or email wedding@michaelandsuzanne.co.uk

Can I bring a plus one?

It’s a very intimate wedding of closest friends and family. If you would like a plus one please let us know at least 4 weeks before hand.

Can I bring kids?

Yes, We want everyone to be able to join us on our special day so bring the little ones along. If they’re under two or three please bring food with you for them, for over threes the venue can cater with kids meals. Please let us know if you are bringing children when you rsvp so we can arrange seating and food for them. High chairs are available on site. There are fields and lakes in the venue so please be careful. Quiet areas and changing facilities available at the venue

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not, as you all know, we love dogs, and would to love to have them there but the ceremony and dining area does not facilitate dogs.

What should I wear?

We would advise everyone comes in smart casual and brings sensible shoes for the grounds and a coat for the evening.
For the men – Jackets, smart trousers and shirts. Ties optional.
For the women – Smart casual with sensible shoes - no white dresses please 😊

What are the food choices?

We’ll be confirming the final food options closer to the time. We’ll update this website and message you when the menu is available. Veggie options available for all courses.

What drinks are available?

Wine and soft drinks are provided at the reception and on the dinner table. After dinner there is bar which accepts cash or card.

Can I take pictures?

During the ceremony please keep your phones away so we can see your lovely faces. There will be a professional photographer there. After the ceremony please feel free to take any pictures.

Where and when is the wedding?

Please join us at 2.30pm for a 3pm ceremony at Coltsford Mill on the 22nd October 2022.

Where is the closest Train Station?

The closest station is Hurst Green which is 0.7 miles from the venue.

Can I park at the venue?

There is plenty of parking on site, you can leave the car onsite overnight it just needs to be picked up by 10am the next day.

Where can I stay?

You might struggle to get an Uber but there are plenty of local taxi services available.

Gifts

We truly don’t expect anything but we understand people want to give a gift. Cash gifts are welcome but not expected, and will be put towards our honeymoon in Thailand.
